Why we use a specialized carrier
Because current legislation requires specific document handling during delivery, standard carriers such as Zasilkovna, PPL, DPD, GLS, and similar services cannot guarantee that every required step will be completed at handover. For that reason, we work with a specialized carrier that complies with these legal requirements.
Zasilkovna branch/locker
Delivery to Zasilkovna pickup points across Europe, usually within 2–5 business days. The recipient selects a convenient pickup point during checkout. Pricing is fixed within each country and calculated during ordering.
By Zasilkovna courier
Courier delivery by Zasilkovna in the Czech Republic and other European countries. Parcels arrive directly at the specified address within 2–5 days. The price depends on the country and parcel weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
By Messenger.cz express courier
Delivery within the Czech Republic by the specialized Messenger.cz courier service. This option is used for shipments that require recipient identification and proof of receipt at handover. The final price is calculated automatically according to the active tariff.
Age verification on delivery
Under the applicable rules, the parcel can only be handed over to a recipient who is over 18 years old. At delivery, the courier records your ID number and asks for your signature to confirm receipt. If the document number and signature cannot be captured, the shipment cannot be delivered.
Delivery timing
In most cases, the courier delivers the parcel on the next business day.
